We love our volunteers!

We have many opportunities for Volunteers throughout the year!  Some of these include (our main events):

• Fall Festival (October)
• Turkey Trot (Thanksgiving)
• Winter/Holiday Sale (early December)
• Family Dance (January)
• Spaghetti Dinner (February)
• Earth Day Festival (April)

Please keep an eye out for emails regarding these events – we would love your support.  Every volunteer makes a huge difference and we really appreciate the help!  We will send SignUpGenius links that list the volunteer opportunities for each event.

A classroom liaison serves as a link between the teacher, parents and the PTA. This person(s) is a contact for classroom and school-wide related communications, teacher assisted needs, classroom activities and get-togethers.

Responsibilities of the classroom liaison include, but are not limited to the following:

• An important connection between the PTA and your classroom.
• Attend PTA meetings as your schedule allows & encourages other parents to attend upcoming meetings.
• Share important news from teachers and PTA/PTA meetings..
• Works with the PTA Volunteer Coordinator to recruit volunteers and keep volunteers up to date on events, duties, etc.
• Send out reminders about upcoming events, meetings, and needs for donations or volunteers
• Acts as a resource by answering questions for parents.
• For certain events, may CHAIR events

Are you interested in a specific event that you would like to join our committee or help chair?

Responsibilities of the classroom liaison include, but are not limited to the following:

• This requires more time with the development of the event, communication with the PTA board, and helping design or structure the event. 
• Helps organize event and volunteers on day of event
• Main events for this:  Fall Festival, Turkey Trot, Earth Day
